It was aimed to understand the interleukin-4 (IL-4) role in etio-pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Two approaches were adopted.        This paper uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) based algorithm analysis to classify breast cancer Deoxyribonucleic (DNA). Main idea is to focus on application of machine and deep learning techniques. Furthermore, a genetic algorithm is used to diagnose gene expression to reduce the number of misclassified cancers. After patients' genetic data are entered, processing operations that require filling the missing values using different techniques are used. The best data for the classification process are chosen by combining each technique using the genetic algorithm and comparing them  in terms of accuracy.

In this study a new antiseptic was formulated and tested to match the effectiveness against microorganisms. The formulation consisted of Povidone - Iodine (PVP-I) (10%), H₂O₂ (3%) and Aloe Vera gel (pure). Different ratios of these materials were prepared within the acceptable range of pH for an antiseptic (3-6). The prepared samples were tested. The In Vitro test was performed by using four bacteria, two were Gram-Positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus) and two were Gram-Negative (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa).
