Christianity has rites and rituals that they should perform, and are indispensible. They say that these are sacred ordinances by Jesus Christ (PBUH) including the secret of priesthood. The origin of this secret as they claim is Christ. He puts the foundation of priesthood in Christianity. He has chosen twelve disciples and then seventeen whom he ordinated to obtain the honor of spreading the message of Christ among people. He appointed among the priests a divine message which the first fathers from the disciplesthemselves. The disciples are ones who take the secret and deliver it to the ones after them. The disciples took that sacred secret from Christ. Therefore, the secret is used when granting any religious position in the church. That secret is a sacred work in which the priest places his hand on the chosen person and ask him to get the degrees of priesthood (cardinal, priest, deacon) after the ordination they would have the priesthood authority in the works of church like baptism, rites, pardon of sins and others
This study aims to explain the role of green target costing technique in improving the relationship with suppliers in a sample of industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. The descriptive analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire was designed that included a set of questions that were directed to a sample of 84 individuals including production managers, finance managers, quality managers, and purchasing managers in these companies. The study uses some statistical analyzes such as correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the questionnaires. This study has sought to explore the Yemeni online news websites’ treatment of the tropical storm “Luban” which hit the coasts of al-Mahra governorate, and other parts of the Yemeni Eastern and Southern governorates in October 2018. The study also examined how the Yemeni news websites covered the disaster on the basis of the problematic situation model. The study’s findings revealed a form of logical balance in distributing the coverage of the disaster in its different phases. The coverage was a bit more focused on the disaster phase than the pre- and post-disaster phases. Hb. salinarium, Hb. volcanii. Growth curve and generation time in logarthmic phase was measured and found to be (12.8hr±0.32), (11.2hr±0.2), (9.8hr±0.87), respectivaly. Effect of various concentrations of NaCl, KCI, NH4Cl and MgSO4.7H2O was studied, NaCl was essential for the rod shape rapid growth Rat and pigmentation. Less than 1% concentration caused lysis of bacteria. Yeast extract was the best carbone source as compared with glucose and casamino acid.
