The reaction of starting materials (L-asCl2):bis[O,O-2,3;O,O-5,6-(chloro(carboxylic) methylidene)]- -L-ascorbic acid] with glycine gives new product bis[O,O-2,3,O,O-5,6-(N,O-di carboxylic methylidene N-glycine)-L-ascorbic acid] (L-as-gly) which is isolated and characterized by, Mass spectrum UV-visible and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FT-IR) . The reaction of the (L-as-gly) with M+2; Co(II) Ni(II) Cu(II) and Zn(II) has been characterized by FT- IR , Uv-Visible , electrical conductivity, magnetic susceptibility methods and atomic absorption and molar ratio . The analysis showed that the ligand coordinate with metal ions through mono dentate carboxylic resulting in six-coordinated with Co(II) Ni(II) Cu(II) ions while with Zn(II) ion was formed tetrahedral .The molar ratio and metal estimation showed , the ratio of( L-as-gly) to metal ions was (1:1) . (M/L).
Fusobacterium are compulsory anaerobic gram-negative bacteria, long thin with pointed ends, it causes several illnesses to humans like pocket lesion gingivitis and periodontal disease; therefore our study is constructed on molecular identification and detection of the fadA gene which is responsible for bacterial biofilm formation. In this study, 10.2% Fusobacterium spp. were isolated from pocket lesion gingivitis. The isolates underwent identification depending on several tests under anaerobic conditions and biochemical reactions. Highly-fluorescent Carbon Quantum Dots (CQDs) are synthesized in simple step by hydrothermal carbonization method of natural precursor such as orange juice as a carbon source. Hydrothermal method for synthesized CQDs requires simple and inexpensive equipment and raw materials, thus this method are now common synthesis method. In the present study, five derivatives have been designed to be synthesized as possible mutual prodrugs for 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to selectively deliver the drugs into the cancer cells. The magnetic properties of a pure Nickel metal and Nickel-Zinc-Manganese ferrites having the chemical formula Ni0.1(Zn0.4Mn0.6)0.9Fe2O4 were studied.
