The present study aims at investigating the effect of “FLOW” strategy is a creative thinking strategy on developing EFL learners' writing achievements. The sample of the study was ninety Iraqi college students. Their performance was assessed on the pre and post achievement test in both experimental group 45 taught by “FLOW” strategy and control 45 taught traditionally. A test was designed and exposed to jury of experts for ascertaining its validity. The reliability coefficient of the test was 0.89 by using Cronbach Alpha Formula. المستخلص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم ومكننة نظام متطور لتقويم جودة العملية التعليمية للجامعات العراقية، باعتماد مدخل الجودة، ومكننة نظام معلومات قادر على توفير البيانات بالخصائص المطلوبة التي يمكن الاستناد إليه في اجراء عملية التقويم على وفق النظام المقترح.

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

Many societies have some sports that play a pivotal role in enhancing human physical strength and martial arts, and preserving religious values and beliefs. The most prominent of these traditional heroic sports are Zurkhaneh and Sumo, two sports that have their historical origins in the Iranian and Japanese cultural heritage. The research aims to shed light on the historical origins, symbolic rituals, and traditional elements of the sports of Zurkhaneh and Sumo, and to highlight the distinctive characteristics of the sports of Zurkhaneh and Sumo through objective analysis and comparison.
