Massive multiple-input multiple-output (massive-MIMO) is a promising technology for next generation wireless communications systems due to its capability to increase the data rate and meet the enormous ongoing data traffic explosion. However, in non-reciprocal channels, such as those encountered in frequency division duplex (FDD) systems, channel state information (CSI) estimation using downlink (DL) training sequence is to date very challenging issue, especially when the channel exhibits a shorter coherence time. In particular, the availability of sufficiently accurate CSI at the base transceiver station (BTS) allows an efficient precoding design in the DL transmission to be achieved, and thus, reliable communication systems can be obtaine
... Show MoreThis paper deals with the preparation of new monomers and polymers which including heterocyclic unit. The diacid chlorides compounds [1-3] were prepared from the reaction of glutaric acid, adipic acid, terephthalic acid with thionyl chloride. Succinic acid reacted with ethanol to produce compound [4]. Compound [4] reacted with hydrazine hydrate to obtain succinic hydrazide [5].Compound [5] reaction with CS2 and KOH in absolute ethanol to produce compound [6].The polymers [7-12] have been created by reacting diacid chlorides compounds [1-3] with compound[5] or [6] in dry pyridine with some drops of DMF. The topology of produced compounds has characterized through their spectral and analytical data as in FT-IR spectra, Thermal analysis [DSC,

The suggested approach is based on the Laplace transform and the shifted Legendre polynomials by approximating the candidate function by the shifted Legendre series with unknown coefficients yet to be determined. The proposed method converts the fractional order delay variational problem into a set of (n + 1) algebraic equations, where the solution to the resultant equation provides us the unknown coefficients of the terminated series that have been utilized to approximate the solution to the considered variational problem. Illustrative examples are given to show that the recommended appro

Show MoreIn this work, chemical oxidation was used to polymerize conjugated polymer "Polypyrrole" at room temperature Graphene nanoparticles were added by in situ-polymerization to get (PPY-GN) nano. Optical and Electrical properties were studied for the nanocomposites. optical properties of the nanocomposites were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy at wavelength range (200 -800 nm). The result showed optical absorption spectra were normally determined and the result showed that the maximum absorbance wave length at 280nm and 590nm. The optical energy gap has been evaluated by direct transition and the value has decreased from (2.1 eV for pure PPy) to (1.3 eV for 5 %wt. of GN). The optical constants such as the band tail width ΔE was evaluated, the
... Show More: The Aluminium (Al) material emerged as a plasmonic material in the wavelength ranges from the ultraviolet to the visible bands in different on-chip plasmonic applications. In this paper, we demonstrate the effect of using Al on the electromagnetic (EM) field distribution of a compact hybrid plasmonic waveguide (HPW) acting as a polarization rotator. We compare the performance of Al with other familiar metals that are widely used as plasmonic materials, which are Silver (Ag) and Gold (Au). Furthermore, we study the effect of reducing the geometrical dimensions of the used materials on the EM field distributions inside the HPW and, consequently, on the efficiency of the polarization rotation. We perform the study based o
