This work involved the co-substitution of the two bioactive ions of strontium and magnesium into the hydroxyapatite (HA) coating which was then electrochemically deposited on Ti-6Al-4V ELI dental alloy (Gr.23) before and after treatment by Micro Arc Oxidation (MAO). The prepared and modified (NPs) were characterized using AFM, FTIR, and X-ray techniques. The adsorption of the dye reactive blue RB 238 on coated (NPs) was investigated. The effect of various experimental factors, such as the initial concentration of the dye, the amount of adsorbent, pH and temperature on the removal of RB238 was studied. This paper presents experimentally a new configuration of shear connector for Steel-Concrete-Steel (SCS) sandwich beams that is derived from truss configuration. It consists of vertical and inclined shear connectors welded together and to cover steel plates infilled with concrete.
