The current study included the collection of 175 samples of blood (Urea-blood) of patients with rheumatoid arthritis from Al–Al-Kindy Teaching Hospital, Baghdad Teaching Hospital and Al-Imamian Al-Kadhimyain Medical City in Baghdad from both sexes with different ages at the period between 1/10/2016-1/2/2017. A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of allopurinol drug was investigated. The proposed method was based on the reaction of the intended drug with catechol and Fe(II) to form a blue soluble complex which was measured at λmax 580 nm. A graph of absorbance versus concentration shown that Beer’s law was obeyed over the concentration range of 2–10 μg ml–1 with molar absorptivity of 9.4 x 103 l mol–1 cm–1 and Sandell sensitivity of 1.4 x 10–2 μg cm–2. Aluminum alloy 5052 had been anodized by sulfuric acid as an electrolyte under constant voltage and the anodic oxide film produce will be testing by potentiostatic anodic polarization .Two variables, which were considered as important variables, were studied. These variables are anodizing time 15,30 min. and sealing time 10,20 min., and the test by potentiostatic anodic polarization through electro chemical polarization measurements in solutions of 1N na2so4 ( PH= 1 ). The results are discussed in light of the rate of ionic current flow through the coating during anodic polarization measurements.
