This research aims to learn about public relations programs and their role to enhance the morale of the State land Transport Company employees.The researcher relied on the survey method and use a questionnaire and scale tools to collect information from workers in the Department of Relations and Media and employees in all departments.

  In this paper, we give the concept of N-open set in bitopological spaces, where N is the first letter of the name of one of the authors, then we used this concept to define a new kind of compactness, namely N-compactness and we define the N-continuous function in bitopological spaces.         We study some properties of N-compact spaces, and the relationships between this kind and two other known kinds which are S-compactness and pair-wise compactness.

A total of 50 wells water samples were collected from 10 wells in Abu Ghraib site/ Baghdad for detection of coliform, fecal coliformand and pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, and the pollution of toxic ions (No3-, B+3, pb+2 and Cd+2 ) in wells water. Results showed microbial pollution by coliform, fecal Coliform bacteria in wells water when using presumptive, confirmed and complete tests, P. aeruginosa bacterium was isolated and identificated on Cetrimide Agar media, estimated the Most Probable Number (MPN) of coliforms and P. aeruginosa, results showed difference in mean of (MPN) of wells water. The influence of Diethyl phthalate (DEP) on the optical characteristics of polystyrene solutions in the range between 200 to 400 nm at solvents of different polarities; chloroform, cyclohexane, dichloromethane, and tetrahydrofuran have been recorded. The experimental results showed that the behavior of the photophysical processes of polymer solutions depends on the nature of its environment. The intensity of the absorption and fluorescence spectra depends on the interactions between solvent-solute molecules. The experimental results indicate that the maximum most absorbance bands occur around 262 nm, which depends on the concentration of the quencher. The results did not determine any change in the positions of the most absorption bands.
