The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the strategic thinking and organizational change via the use of many statistical methods such as Simple linear regression equation. The 80% of the hypotheses of correlation and influence were established, and the research was reached a number of conclusions. Including the fluctuation of the level of strategic thinking capabilities in the sample surveyed. Although, there are certain levels, but an organization of this importance need to be higher. Based on these conclusions, the researcher has made some recommendations to address the findings of the research. The research aimed to evaluate the financial performance of the Public Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies / Samarra - Iraq to know the strengths and weaknesses that affect its performance, as well as to compare its performance in the years between (2017-2019), which are characterized by security stability with its performance in previous years (2014 -2016) which is characterized by security instability, to assess the extent of its ability to achieve growth in performance, by answering the main question, what is the evaluation of the performance of the Public Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies / Samarra - Iraq in the light of financial indicators?

Abstract:

                The research aims to define the theoretical framework for corporate governance and its mechanisms and shed light on corporate governance in Iraq as well as the theoretical framework for the quality of financial reports and their relationship and the role of corporate governance in activating them. The research aims to measure the economic efficiency and technological change and the total productivity of resources using the parameter and non-parameter methods, for agricultural companies registered in the Iraqi stock exchange, the number of 6 companies for the period from 2005 to 2017 based on the hypothesis that the  agricultural companies do not achieve economic efficiency and does not control the management of its operations, and It may be technically efficient but the size of its operations is not optimal. From non-parametric methods, the data envelope analysis method was used. Using the DEAP program, the Middle East Company achieved the highest average technical and cost efficiency of 0.62 and 0.58, respectively. The Iraq
