The research aims to examine the effect of KUD strategy on acquiring the grammatical concepts among intermediate school students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted the null hypothesis in which there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students of the experimental group who study grammar base on the KUD strategy and the average scores of the control group who study the grammar through the traditional way of acquiring grammatical concepts. The objective of the experiment, which conducted under laboratory conditions, was to investigate the interaction effects of using three levels of Molybdenum (0, 0.25, 2.50 mg Mo . Kg-1 sterile soil) and four levels of potassium (0, 25, 50, 100 mg K . The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors.
