Abstract The results of isolation, morphological and microscopic diagnosis, Chromic Agar, Vitik technology and Bact Alert showed that the diagnosis of fungi isolated from blood samples of end-stage renal patients who did not undergo dialysis and those who underwent dialysis was 60 samples for each type. The total number of fungal isolates isolated from people who did not undergo dialysis was 26 pathogenic fungal isolates, with a percentage frequency of 43.33%. In this study, 4 genera of pathogenic fungi were identified: Candida spp, Rhodotorula spp, Cryptococcus spp. and Aspergillus spp. The number of Candida isolates reached 13 isolates, with a frequency of 50%.    This paper presents an investigation of peristaltic flow of Bingham plastic fluid in an inclined tapered asymmetric channel with variable viscosity. Taken into consideration Hall current, velocity, thermal slip conditions, Energy equation is modeled by taking Joule heating effect into consideration and by holding assumption of long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximation these equations simplified into couple of non-linear ordinary differential equations that solved using perturbation technique. Graphical analysis has been involved for various flow parameters emerging in the problem. We observed two opposite behaviors for Hall parameter and Hartman number on velocity axial and temperature curves.

The study conducted to demonstrate the effect of copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) on the seminal vesicle and testosterone hormone of males' albino mice. Twenty mice were used and divided into four groups control group and three groups that orally administrated with 100 mg/kg Cu-NPs for 7, 14 and 21 days and each group have 5 animals. Methotrexate (MTX) was used for treatment of malignancies and now is widely used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this research the evaluation of the effects of MTX on some liver enzymes and lipid profile was studied. Twenty four adult female mice divided into three groups (8 mice each). The first two groups were treated with MTX while the third group was used as a control. Chlorine disinfection is a globally used method to ensure the safety of drinking water. However, it has not always been successful against viruses and, therefore, it is important to find new methods to disinfect water. Seventeen different coliphages were isolated from the treated municipal wastewater. These coliphages and MS2 were treated with different dosages of chlorine in drinking water, and a combined chlorine/ultraviolet irradiation treatment for the chlorine-resistant coliphages. Chlorine disinfection with 0.3–0.5 mg/L total chlorine (free Cl-dosage 0.12–0.21 mg/L) for 10 min achieved 2.5–5.7 Log10-reductions for 11 sensitive coliphages. The six most resistant coliphages showed no reduction with these chlorine concentra
