Abstract

This research studies Abu Baker Al-Siddiq’s commandments to the leaders of his armies. The research is organized into an Introduction, three sections, and a Conclusion.

The Introduction presents a definition of Style and Commandment terminologies. It also presents a brief biography of Abu Baker Al-Siddiq may Allah be pleased with him.

The first section explains the characteristics of the Composition and its rhetorical significance. In this Section, I study the types of predicate and the methods of construction in Abu Baker’s commandments and the rhetoric in using the connection and disconnection modifiers in his expressions.

A survey of plant-parasitic nematode genera associated with roots of mature date palm trees was conducted in central Iraq to study their occurrence, population density, and geographical distribution. This study in Baghdad, Babil, Diyala, Karbela, Najaf, and Wasit governorates was conducted from 2019 to 2023, during the months from October to April. A total of 150 soil and root samples were gathered from 46 fields, and plant-parasitic nematodes were extracted and morphologically identified to genus level. This study was conducted to describe a protocol for the callus establishing culture of Lavandula angustifolia plant and estimating their content of volatile oil. The quantity of volatile oil callus tissues was compared with that of leaves production. Callus was induced from leaf explants on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) supplemented with Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and Benzyl adenine (BA) in different concentrations. Maximum callus fresh weight was obtained in the combination of 10 mg/L BA and 3 mg/L NAA which reached 18 g after four weeks.
