Abstract: The article aimed to formulate an MLX binary ethosome hydrogel for topical delivery to escalate MLX solubility, facilitate dermal permeation, avoid systemic adverse events, and compare the permeation flux and efficacy with the classical type. MLX ethosomes were prepared using the hot method according to the Box–Behnken experimental design. The formulation was implemented according to 16 design formulas with four center points. Independent variables were (soya lecithin, ethanol, and propylene glycol concentrations) and dependent variables (vesicle size, dispersity index, encapsulation efficiency, and zeta potential). The design suggested the optimized formula (MLX−Ethos−OF) with the highest desirability to perform the best responses formulated and validated. It demonstrates a 169 nm vesicle size, 0.2 dispersity index, 83.1 EE%, and −42.76 mV good zeta potential. MLX−Ethos−OF shows an amorphous form in PXRD and a high in vitro drug release of >90% over 7 h by diffusion and erosion mechanism. MLX−Ethos−OF hyaluronic acid hydrogel was fabricated and assessed. It shows an elegant physical appearance, shear thinning system rheological behavior, good spreadability, and skin-applicable pH value. The ex vivo permeation profile shows a flux rate of 70.45 μg/cm2 /h over 12 h. The in vivo anti-inflammatory effect was 53.2% ± 1.3 over 5 h. compared with a 10.42 flux rate and 43% inflammatory inhibition of the classical ethosomal type. The conclusion is that binary ethosome is highly efficient for MLX local delivery rather than classical type.
This research studies the effectiveness of the symbol in the Iraqi monodrama texts. The methodological framework is devoted to the research problem and the need for conducting it, its importance, the purpose of research, and the definition of the most important terms. The research problem dealt with the concept of the effectiveness of the symbol, the monodrama, and the working levels of the symbol in the monodrama texts of the author, in addition to the disclosure of the artistic vision embodied by the playwright in the use of the symbol within the literary product, as well as the development of the creative process. The research problem was defined by the following question: How effective is the symbol in the Iraqi Monodrama texts?

The technologies in the field of renewable energy are used also to improve the ventilation and cooling in buildings by using the solar chimney and heat exchanger. This study addresses the design, construction and testing of a cooling system by using the above two techniques. The aim was to study the effects of weather conditions on the efficiency of this system which was installed in Baghdad for April and May 2020. The common weather in these months is hot in Baghdad. The test room of the design which has a size of 1 m3 was situated to face the geographical south. The te

The new designed heat exchanger experimental system was used after carrying out the basic process designs of the
system. This system was used to study the effect of the temperature (40-90 °C) and water flow rate (0.6-1.2 L/min) on
the total hardness with time as a function of precipitation of hardness salts from water and scale formation.
Different magnetic field designs in the heat exchanger experimental system were used to study the effect of magnetic

Anadrol (oxymetholone) is an active androgenic anabolic steroid that has been clinically studied in numerous diseases since the 1960s. It is used in the treatment of anemia and the replacement of male sex steroids. Unfortunately, in attempts to improve physical performance, Anadrol could be misused by athletes, that can lead to poisoning contributes to hepatotoxicity.
The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of anadrol on the liver function in rat model, via assessment of liver enzymes and histopathological study.
A forty male rats, weights about (200-300 gm), aged 8-12 weeks, after acclimatization, the rats were randomly divided into four groups (10 rats in each group) as follow: control group (in w
