Advanced drug delivery systems offer undeniable benefits for drug delivery. In the past three decades, new methods have been proposed to develop a novel carriers for drug delivery. Nowadays, the major goal is to maximize therapeutic benefit while minimizing side effects. Drug delivery technique is clearly shifting from the micro to nanoscale. Nano-drug delivery systems (NDDSs) are the most promising approach utilized to improve the accuracy of drug delivery and the efficacy of drugs. In this narrative review article, we evaluate how delivery challenges associated with commercial marketed products and discuss newer DDS is being carried out to overcome these challenges .Different colloidal carrier systems such as carbon nanotube ,li

The Pressing References towards Abstraction in Arab and Islamic Art
...Show More Authors

The Arab Islamic art was best known as pure abstraction or realism distorted from what is natural. The two styles, or one of them, was the most prominent in the Islamic arts, such as decoration, photography and architecture. The analogy that was prevalent in the non-Islamic world did not have a presence equivalent the aforementioned styles despite the great openness to the cultures of different countries, which characterized that stage, which resulted from the Islamic conquests, the conversion of many people to the Islamic faith, and their migration to the Islamic cities at the time, bringing with them their arts and methods of formulation. This makes us question the influential references that invite the Arab Muslim artist to follow the

Comparism Between Transvaginal Cervical Length Measurement and Digital Examination in Prediction of Imminent preterm Delivery
...Show More Authors

BACKGROUND: Preterm labour is a major cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality, so it is important to predict preterm delivery using the clinical examination of the cervix and uterine contraction frequency. New markers for the prediction of preterm birth have been developed such as transvaginal ultrasound measurement of cervical length as this method is widely available. OBJECTIVE: To determine, whether transvaginal cervical length measurement predicts imminent preterm delivery better than digital cervical length measurement in women presented with preterm labour and intact membranes. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Two hundred women presented with preterm labour between 24 and 36+6 weeks of gestation were included in this study. All women subjecte

A comparative study of mode decomposition to relate next-ERA, PCA, and ICA modes
...Show More Authors

This paper discusses a comparative study to relate parametric and non-parametric mode decomposition algorithms for response-only data. Three popular mode decomposition algorithms are included in this study: the Eigensystem Realization Algorithm with the Natural Excitation Technique (NExT-ERA) for the parametric algorithm, as well as the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Independent Component Analysis (ICA) for the non-parametric algorithms. A comprehensive parametric study is provided for (i) different response types, (ii) excitation types, (iii) system damping, and (iv) sensor spatial resolution to compare the mode shapes and modal coordinates of using a 10-DOF building model. The mode decomposition results are also compared using
