    The current research tested the interactive role between the workplace fun and the leadership virtuousness in the organizational brilliance, in a sample of the teaching staff at the University of Kufa reached (325 staff) out of (2069) professor. The research based on hypothesis model which reflect the research hypotheses from main variables presented  the leadership virtuousness (optimism, forgiveness, trust, compassion and  integrity) for moderating affect with the workplace fun (fun activities, Coworker socializing, manager support for fun). The current study is considered a field study to measure the level of satisfaction of the academic programs of Media Masters students. That was accomplished through surveying the attitudes of the students who are enrolled in the faculties of media at the following universities: (Petra University, The Middle East University (MEU), and Al-Yarmouk University). Those students were enrolled in the master’s program within the formal educational system during the second semester of the academic year (2015 – 2016). This survey aims to identify the services, facilities and academic programs provided by the concerned faculties. The current research aims to detect the level of suicidal tendencies among secondary school students in terms of gender and educational stage (intermediate school students and high school students). The researcher adopted Al Hafeez's (2017) scale for suicidal tendencies, it consists of (57) items including six domains, namely: suicidal ideation, social motives for suicide, tendency to self-harm, desire for death, indifference and pessimism about life, willingness to commit suicide. The scale was modified to be (42) items after it was exposed to a group of experts.  AbstractThis study aimed to demonstrate the impact of human development on economic growth in Jordan during the period (1980-2014), Where some  diagnoses tests were applied, the results of these tests concluded that the standard models used in the study were free of statistical problems, and hence ordinary least squares (OLS) standard has been used as a tool for analysis to get efficient and unbiased estimates to parameters according to the theory of Gauss Markov.
