مشكلة البحث:- تواجه المجتمعات العربية في المرحلة الراهنة ,تحديات كبيرة تستهدف الشاب العربي ،والتأثير عليه في الجوانب الاجتماعية والتربوية والثقافية والاقتصادية والأمنية والسياسية ولغض تسليط الأضواء على هذه الجوانب ولاسيما الجانب الاجتماعي،من هنا تبرز مشكلة البحث الحالي في التعرف على توقعات الشباب العربي لمشكلاتهم الاجتماعية في المرحلة الراهنة .

أهمية البحث:-

The study aims to identify the relationship between forgiveness and social intelligence among elementary school students. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach, whereby a total of (500) elementary school student were selected randomly regarding the variable of gender and economical status. Two scales were prepared: one to measure the forgiveness depending on Albort’s theory that consist of (20) item, and the other to measure the social intelligence according to Tony’s theory which composed of (20) item as well. This study aimed to develop scale of Selectiv Mutism with pupils of primary schools  according to their teachers' view in Baghdad city (Karh and Resaf(.

Children might choose the mutism as the solution to avoid some psychological and social problems that surrounded them. Furthermore, this could consider as a disorder that could effect the child and led him to use the Selected Mutism.

This is supported by the pilot study which was conducted by the researcher on 150 teachers in different primary schools in Baghdad. The results revealed some symptoms were found with children who have selected mutism.

Teaching through the system of personal learning, known as (Clare's plan) is amongst the most prominent plans which depend on self-education, as it received worldwide recognition. The plan lets the learner achieve learning by depending on himself after being familiar with the educational goals given to him, then he starts to solve the exercises and the drills accompanying the unit. After that, he checks his achievement by answering the self-evaluation tests. This method offers more opportunities for personal interaction than do the traditional systems, and individual leaning is a methodical expression aims at taking care of the learner and making him the locus of the processes of teaching and learning.

Aims of the study

The current research aims to identify the time-management skills based on the post-test of the experimental group as well as to examine the effect of a training program on developing the skills of managing time among the study sample. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale of time management skill included (30) paragraphs. The research reached that the training program is significantly effective in managing and organizing time. There are statistically significant differences in pre-posttest between the experimental and control groups.
