Background: COVID-19 is a disease that started in Wuhan/China in late 2019 and continued through 2020 worldwide. Background: Recurrent aphthous ulceration (RAU) is an inflammatory condition of unknown etiology characterized by painful recurrent (single or multiple) ulcerations of the oral mucosa.
