The development of efficient and environmentally friendly catalysts for the electro-oxidation of hydrazine derivatives is of great importance in various industrial applications. In this study, we report the utilization of graphitebased catalysts for the electro-oxidation of hydrazine derivatives, using sodium chloride as a green and sustainable chemical approach. Graphite, a two-dimensional carbon material with exceptional properties, offers numerous advantages as a catalyst, including its high surface area, excellent electrical conductivity, and chemical stability. These characteristics make graphite an ideal candidate for promoting electrochemical reactions. Sodium chloride (NaCl), a readily available and cost-effective salt, serves as a green alternative to traditional oxidants used in hydrazine oxidation processes. By replacing conventional oxidizing agents with NaCl, we aim to reduce the environmental impact associated with the production and disposal of hazardous chemicals. This process enables the transformation of the HN-NH bond within hydrazines, leading to the formation of azo compounds (N¼N). Azo compounds are important organic molecules with diverse applications in organic synthesis. This novel approach has successfully showcased the efficacy of utilizing various azo compounds in 13 different examples, yielding excellent or moderate to good results. The method capitalizes on electricity as the final oxidizing agent, providing an environmentally friendly oxidation strategy. Its high efficiency and gentle reaction conditions make this technique valuable for synthesizing azo derivatives, even when working with hydrazines containing diverse functional groups, resulting in yields ranging from moderate to excellent. Through systematic experiments, we evaluated the catalytic performance of graphite-based catalysts in the electro-oxidation of hydrazine derivatives. The catalysts demonstrated remarkable catalytic activity due to their efficient conversion of hydrazine derivatives into desired products. Moreover, the system exhibited good stability and recyclability, suggesting its suitability for practical applications.
Purpose: To determine the effect of information technology governance (ITG) under the control objectives for information and related technologies (COBIT) on financial performance is the objective of this study. Additionally, the article seeks to look into the relationships between the factors under consideration. Theoretical framework: Information technology and operational processes are evaluated and ensure their compliance with the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq. Therefore, the research dealt with a conceptual framework by reviewing the literature on the importance of the COBIT framework in assessing financial performance. Population density represents an important indicator for determining the growth of the size of urban areas. Population density has a direct impact on the quality of life, and its excessive rise may lead to the deterioration of basic service facilities. The problem of the research is that the increase in the total population densities of the residential neighborhood may reflect negatively on the nature of the services provided to the residents in these shops, and thus the failure to achieve sustainability in the residential locality. The research assumes that the increase in population densities negatively affects the achievement of sustainability in the residential neighborhood.

The proposed adaptive active disturbance rejection control comprises the following two elements: (1) An adaptive extended state observer and (2) an adaptive state error feedback controller. The adaptive extended state observer with adaptive gains is employed for estimating the unmeasured velocity, acceleration, and compound disturbance which consists of system parameter uncertainties, nonlinearities, exterior disturbances, and time delay in which the observer gains are dynamically adjusted based on the estimation error to enhance est

A variety of physicochemical parameters were determined. Air and water temperature were falling between 15.2 - 34.7 ? C and 15.5 and 26.5 ?C. The waters are neutral (pH 7.38-8.27), hard, alkaline, salty, high in TDS and EC (892-966?S/cm, and rich in nutrients (NO3: 2.1-4.1mg/l, PO4: 0.33-0.62 mg / l , SO4: 24.7-80.2 mg / l ).
