اجريت عملية غربلة اولية على عدد من الخمائر المعزولة من مصادر مختلفة من حيث قدرتها على انتاج انزيم الانفرتيز فتبين ان خمس عزلات منها تعود الى جنس  Candida  تميزت بقابليتها على انتاج الانزبم ،  ووجد العزلة التي رمز لها C5  كانت أكفا تلك العزلات  . درست الظروف المثلى لإنتاج الإنزيم وبطريقة المزارع المغمورة  من هذه العزلة  . تبين أن أعلى انتاجية تحققت باستخدام الرافينوز كصدر للكاربون وبتركيز 3% و مزيج خلاصة الخمير

It is designed for two aims, the first is to demonstrate the seasonal variations in physicochemical parameters of Tharthar-Tigris Canal and Tigris River; the second is to explain the possible effects of canal on some environmental properties in the Tigris River. This study has evaluated the humoral immune response in Golden Hamsters experimentally infected with Leishmania donovani along (4) times of follow up (15, 30, 60, 90) days after infection. Indirect haemagglutination test was used to determine the antibody titer through the various stages of the study. The study in duded isolation and identification of microbial isolates from oral cavity to 10 volunteers, diagnosed within the three groups: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus spp. and Candida albicans . The sensitivity test of all isolates bacteria Streptococcus spp. , S. aureus and S. epidermidis showed high resistance to Ampicillin(100)%,followed Methicillin (88.88)% and Amoxicillin / clavulanic acid(77.77)%, while the resistance for each of Vancomycin and Amoxicillin were (66.66)%, and the resistance to Erythromycin and Pencillin (55.55)% to each of them.
