اختصر الامام ابن الحاجب كتاب الاحكام في اصول الاحكام للإمام الامدي بكتاب اوسمه بمنتهى السول وخالف به الامام ابن الحاجب الامام الامدي بمسائل كثيرة فجمعت ما خالفه به في الاجماع ليكون بحثا متواضعا عسى الله ان ينفع به

وقسمته الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الاول تناولت فيه (حياة الامام ابن الحاجب) والمطلب الثاني تناولت فيه (حياة الامام الامدي) والمطلب الثال

In view of the huge and speedy development of the information and communications technology sectores which cover all the life aspects. The banking credit has a significant role in supporting the economic development process as it is considered a financial medium between the depositors and investors through turning the money received by the bank in from of banking deposits from a person who has a monetary surplus into another person in need of this surplus . this credit contributes also in directing the economic activities toward investing project generally and strategic investing projects in special that the country lacks which is in need of optimum exploitation to the available resources. In addition , the banking credit represents the most important source of revenues that the banks gain and contribute in increasing their profitability.

      يتناول هذا البحث موضوعاً يتركز في جانب تحديد مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية. وقد أشارت الأدبيات إلى عدد من المحاولات التي هدفت إلى تلمس مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية في منظمات الأعمال، غير أن تلك المحاولات- على الرغم من ندرتها- كانت تتسم بغلبة الأطر النظرية والتعبير عن المفهوم، بالإستناد إلى حوارات فكرية وإرهاصات ذات علاقة بمفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية.
