In this work, we introduce the algebraic structure of semigroup with G-algebra is called GS-Algebra as extension of algebras QS-algebra and BP-algebra and then some basic properties are investigated. Several examples are presented. Also, some ideals in this concept are studied such as GS-ideal and closed-ideal. Some properties and characterizations of GS-ideal are presented. The relationships between GS-ideal and closed-ideal are studied. Furthermore, some results of GS-ideal in GS-Algebra under homomorphism are discussed. Finally, the graph (by its annihilator-ideal) as the simple graph with elements of a GS-Algebra is studied and some related properties are given. Several examples are presented and some theorems are proved.

This study dealt with IL-13 1024 (C/T) gene genotyping among patients with Thyroid goiter in Iraq. Forty blood samples from patients with Thyroid goiter were collected and compared with 30 healthy persons as controls. The genotyping results of IL-13 1024 (C/T) gene using ARMS-PCR revealed presence TT, CC and CT genotypes beside T and C alleles. The T allele and TT genotype frequency were higher in Thyroid goiter patients compared to the same genotype and allele in healthy persons (P = 0.060). These increasing results were related with increasing risk factor of Thyroid goiter (odds ratio [OR] 2.15; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.99–71.4). Foreign direct investment (FDI) has been viewed as a power affecting economic growth (EG) directly and indirectly during the past few decades. This paper reviewed an amount of researches examining the relationships between FDI and EG, especially the effects of FDI on EG, from 1994 up to 2012. The results show that the main finding of the FDI-EG relation is significantly positive, but in some cases it is negative or even null. And within the relation, there exist several influencing factors such as the adequate levels of human capital, the well-developed financial markets, the complementarity between domestic and foreign investment and the open trade regimes, etc.
