In past years, structural pavement solution has been combined with destructive testing; these destructive methods are being replaced by non-destructive testing methods (NDT). Because the destructive test causes damage due to coring conducted for testing and also the difficulty of adequately repairing the core position in the field. Ultrasonic pulse velocity was used to evaluate the strength and volumetric properties of asphalt concrete, of binder course.      The nuclear shell model was used to investigate the bulk properties of lithium isotopes (6,7,8,9,11Li), i.e., the ground state density distributions and C0 and C2 components of charge form factors. The theoretical treatment was based on supposing that the Harmonic-oscillator (HO) potential governs the core nucleons while the valence nucleon(s) move through Hulthen potential. Such assumptions were applied for both stable and exotic lithium isotopes. This paper study two stratified quantile regression models of the marginal and the conditional varieties. We estimate the quantile functions of these models by using two nonparametric methods of smoothing spline (B-spline) and kernel regression (Nadaraya-Watson). The estimates can be obtained by solve nonparametric quantile regression problem which means minimizing the quantile regression objective functions and using the approach of varying coefficient models.
