The main goal of this work is to obtain the plasma electron temperature Te by optical emission spectroscopy of low pressure microwave argon plasma, as a function of working pressure and microwave power. A plasma system was designed and constructed in our laboratory using a magnetron of domestic microwave oven with power 800W without any commercial part. The applied voltage on the magnetron electrical circuit is changed for the purpose of obtaining the variable values of the microwave power. This work is concerned with a two stages four beds adsorption chiller utilizing activated carbon-methanol adsorption pair that operates on six separated processes. The four beds that act as thermal compressors are powered by a low grade thermal energy in the form of hot water at a temperature range of 65 to 83 °C.  As well as, the water pumps and control cycle consume insignificant electrical power. In this paper, the series solutions of a non-linear delay integral equations are considered by a modified approach of homotopy analysis method (MAHAM). We split the function   into infinite sums. The outcomes of the illustrated examples are included to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the MAHAM. The exact solution can be obtained using special values of the convergence parameter.
