The present study aimed to investigate CMV and Rubella virus as a causative agent of recurrent abortion, while the IL-2 levels were estimated as immune parameter during pregnancy period. A total of 63 blood samples were collected from recurrently aborted women, control non-pregnant women and control pregnant women. The results recorded 72.09 % CMV positive aborted women and 27.91 % Rubella virus positive aborted women.      Always MRI and CT Medical images are noisy so that preprocessing is necessary for enhance these images to assist clinicians and make accurate diagnosis. Firstly, in the proposed method uses two denoising filters (Median and Slantlet) are applied to images in parallel and the best enhanced image gained from both filters is voted by use PSNR and MSE as image quality measurements. Next, extraction of brain tumor from cleaned images is done by segmentation method based on k-mean.  The result shows that the proposed method is giving an optimal solution due to denoising method which is based on multiple filter types to obtain best clear images and that is leads to make the extraction of tumor more precision best.<

    The study of the geochemical characterization of sandstone rocks contributes to understand the nature of the source rocks, their tectonic setting and the effects of paleoclimate and paleo-weathering. Accordingly, twenty sandstone samples from the red sandstone units of the Gercus Formation were collected from the northeastern limb of Safin Anticline at Shaqlawa Area – Northern Iraq. The studied sandstone samples show depletion in major, trace elements contents, except for CaO, MgO and Ni, Co and Cr respectively, and general depletion in the rare earth elements (REE) contents. This study revealed positive expression of Bcl3 in (76.6%) of 47 cases infiltrating ductal carcinoma and (61.7%) of positive were strong positive. These results showed no significant association of immunohistochemical expression of Bcl3 with clinicopathological features as well no relation with immunohistochemical expressions of estrogen rreceptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2/neu).
