This new azo dye 7-(3-hydroxy-phenylazo)-quinoline-8-ol was subsequently used to prepare a series of complexes with the chlorides of Fe, Co, Zn, Ru, Rh and Cd. The compounds identified by 1H and 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, mass spectroscopy, as well as TGA, DSC, and C.H.N., conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal and chlorine content. The results showed that the ligand behaves in a trigonal behavior, and that the complexes gave tetrahedral, except for Fe, Ru and Rh octahedral was given, that all of them are non-electrolytes. The effectiveness of both the compounds in inhibiting free radicals was evaluated by the ability to act as an antioxidant was measured using DPPH as a free radical and gallic acid as a standard substance, the IC50 value was determined, because the ligand was found to have a higher ability to inhibit free radicals, and the ability to inhibit the complex varied according to the IC50 value. Cobalt, zinc and ruthenium complexes were evaluated as anticancer agents breast cancer MCF-7 in five concentration, the results showed that the IC50 value for Zn was 43.38 µg/mL, while the ruthenium complex gave 63.57, cobalt complex gave 93.84 µg/mL, meaning that the Zn-complex gave a higher inhibition value than Ru and Co. Consistent "with the thought of tax talk is unified tax natural evolution for him, as the application leads to the inclusion of tax all branches of income and its sources and through truncated part of this entry through the application of price ascending it, it means the procedures of tax reform. Taxes on total income characterized by giving a clear picture of the total income of the taxpayer and its financial situation and its burden family which allows granting exemptions, downloads, and application of prices that fit this case. This requires reconsideration of the structure of the tax system in force and the transition from a system specific taxes to the tax system on the total income of the integration of income from the rental of re

Problems of studying computer terminology are constantly aggravated by the processes of computer technology that is introduced to all walks of life. The study identifies ways of word formation: the origin of the computer terms and the possibility of their usage in Russian language. The Internet is considered a worldwide tool of communication used extensively by students, housewives and professionals as well The Internet is a heterogeneous environment consisting of various hardware and software configurations that need to be configured to support the languages used. The development of Internet content and services is essential for expanding Internet usage. Some of the

Feasible research was conducted for identifying the genotypes and allele frequency of some single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the IL-28β genes and their predictive role in disease incidence in Iraqi patients. The SNPs (rs28416813, rs4803219, rs11881222, and rs8103142) of IL-28β have been associated with susceptibility to several diseases. Ninety eight (98) HCV patients were included in this research; with average age ± SE (42.28 ± 3.44) years. Also, 80 healthy people (with average age ± SE (29.40 ± 2.84) years) were included as a control group. The SNPs were detected by allele-specific PCR (polymerase chain reaction) using specific primers. The re

The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the cytocompatibility effect of ethanolic crude extract of Annona squamosa pulp against a human normal cell line as a mouthwash for children. Material and method: The ethanolic extract of Annona squamosa pulp was extracted using the ultrasonic method and then lyophilized to make it powder. The MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide) test was performed to investigate the cytotoxic activity of the pulp extract on a human normal cell l
