New Schiff-base ligands bearing tetrazole moiety and their polymeric metal complexes with Co(II), Ni(II) and Cd(II) ions are reported. Ligands were prepared in a multiple-step reaction. The reaction of sodium 2,6- diformylphenolate and cyclohexane-1,3-dione with 5-amino-2-fluorobenzonitrile resulted in the isolation of two precursors sodium 2,6-bis((E)-(3-cyano-4-fluorophenylimino)methyl)-4-methylphenolate 1 and 5,5'- (1E,1'E)-cyclohexane-1,3-diylidenebis- (azan-1-yl-1-ylidene)bis(2-fluorobenzonitrile) 2, respectively. The reaction of precursors with azide gave the required ligands; sodium 2,6-bis((E)-(4-fluoro-3-(1H-tetrazol-5- yl)phenylimino)methyl)-4-methylphenolate (NaL) and (N, N'E, N, N'E)-N, N'-(cyclohexane-1,3-diylidene)bis(4- fluoro-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)aniline) (L1). The reaction of these ligands with the appropriate metal ions gave polymeric metal complexes of the formulae {[M2(L)]Cl}n and [M(L1)Cl2]n (where M = Co(II), Ni(II) and Cd(II)). A range of techniques were used to confirm the entity of ligands and their complexes. The formation of ligands and mode of complexation and geometrical structure of the title polymeric complexes were verified using FTIR, electronic spectra, NMR, ESMS, magnetic susceptibility, micro-elemental analysis, metal content, chloride content and conductance. The analytical and spectroscopic data indicated the formation of four-coordinate complexes, with a tetrahedral geometry for Co(II) and Cd(II), and square planer for Ni(II) in L- and L1 complexes. Biological evaluation of ligands and their polymeric complexes against gram-positive bacteria (G+), Bacillus stubtili, Staphylococcus aureus, and gram-negative bacteria (G-), Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, showed ligands and their polymeric metal complexes have a good effect on the screened bacteria.
A spectrophotometric- reverse flow injection analysis (rFIA) method has been proposed for the determination of Nitrazepam (NIT) in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based upon the coupling reaction of NIT with a new reagent O-Coumaric acid (OCA) in the presence of sodium periodate in an aqueous solution. The blue color product was measured at 632 nm. The variation (chemical and physical parameters) related with reverse flow system were estimated. In this paper Alx Ga1-x As:H films have been prepared by using new deposition method based on combination of flash- thermal evaporation technique. The thickness of our samples was about 300nm. The Al concentration was altered within the 0 x 40.
The results of X- ray diffraction analysis (XRD) confirmed the amorphous structure of all AlXGa1-x As:H films with x 40 and annealing temperature (Ta)<200°C. the temperature dependence of the DC conductivity GDC with various Al content has been measured for AlXGa1-x As:H films.
We have found that the thermal activation energy Ea depends of Al content and Ta, thus the value of Ea were approximately equal to half the value of optical gap.

Specimens of the sesarmid crab Nanonsesarma sarii (Naderloo and Türkay 2009) were collected from the intertidal zone of Khor Al-Zubair, Basrah, Iraq 2012 far from the Arabian Gulf coasts. Morphological features of this species are highlighted and a figure is provided.
In this paper, several combination algorithms between Partial Update LMS (PU LMS) methods and previously proposed algorithm (New Variable Length LMS (NVLLMS)) have been developed. Then, the new sets of proposed algorithms were applied to an Acoustic Echo Cancellation system (AEC) in order to decrease the filter coefficients, decrease the convergence time, and enhance its performance in terms of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Echo Return Loss Enhancement (ERLE). Abstract
This study aims to identify the empathy of University Students, as well as the significant differences in sympathy in terms of gender and specialization. To achieve the aims of the study, a scale of empathy was administered to a sample of (450) students collected randomly from Baghdad university. The results showed that the study sample has a level of empathy. There is a significant difference between males and females in empathy, in favor of the female students. There is no significant difference in empathy in terms of specialization (scientific, humanities), and the interaction between males and females. The study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
