In aspect-based sentiment analysis ABSA, implicit aspects extraction is a fine-grained task aim for extracting the hidden aspect in the in-context meaning of the online reviews. Previous methods have shown that handcrafted rules interpolated in neural network architecture are a promising method for this task. In this work, we reduced the needs for the crafted rules that wastefully must be articulated for the new training domains or text data, instead proposing a new architecture relied on the multi-label neural learning. The key idea is to attain the semantic regularities of the explicit and implicit aspects using vectors of word embeddings and interpolate that as a front layer in the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Bi-LSTM. First, we trained the proposed domain-trained word embeddings (Dt-WE) model using explicit and implicit aspects. Second, interpolate Dt-WE model as a front layer in Bi-LSTM. Finally, extract implicit aspects by testing the trained architecture using the opinionated reviews that comprise multiple implicit aspects. Our model outperforms several of the current methods for implicit aspect extraction.

The effect of ground motion characteristics on the fragility analysis of reinforced concrete frame buildings in Australia

The seismic performance of buildings can be assessed through fragility analysis as it yields the probability of the demand exceeding the capacity at a specified level of intensity. Although it's well-identified that earthquake uncertainties dominate the fragility characteristics

the influence of the characteristics of the earthquake on the fragility analysis is not well investigated. This study aims to compare the effect of earthquake characteristics on the fragility values of typical buildings in Australia. To achieve this

a typical reinforced concrete building is selected and modeled using a finite element approach. Various ground motion suites

and long-duration are selected

and the fragility analysis has been carried out for each ground motion suite. It is observed that the variation in the median values of the collapse fragilities can be as high as 48% between short-duration and long-duration ground motions

In this work lactone (1) was prepared from the reaction of p-nitro phenyl hydrazine with ethylacetoacetate

which upon treatment with benzoyl chloride afforded the lactame (2). The reaction of (2) with 2-amino phenol produced a new Schiff base (L) in good yield. Complexes of V(IV)
