Abstract

The research was limited to those whom Imam Abu Dawood

described in his Sunan as weak, so this research does not include

narrators who carried descriptions indicating weakness such as

ignorance or others, nor does it include hadiths that the Imam

described as weak.

The number of narrators whom Imam Abu Dawood described as

weak has reached six narrators, and my methodology was to

mention the words of Imam Abu Dawood, then transfer the

sayings of other advanced scholars, as well as the sayings of

Imam Abu Dawood in his other books, if any, to show the extent

of compatibility between these sayings.

Two series of bent and liner core mesogen containing 1,2,4-traizole ring [VI]a,g and series were synthesized by many steps starting from esterification of isophthalic acid and terephathalic acid with methanol to yield diester compound [I]a,b which was converted to their acid hydrazide [II]a,b and the acid hydrazide reacted with ammonium thiocyanate or diester reacted with thiosemicarbazide to yield compounds [III]a,b. This research aims at studying and analyzing the creative research thinking of the educational staffs in private universities and colleges, and also the role of incentives, in its materialistic and moral sides in the development of such thinking and the pack of restraints which cause decline in interest level of the scientificresearch, and its weak role in the development of universities in Iraq, despite the interest of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq in scientific research as part ofits academic and humanitarian targets.Based on study and analysis, and the using if some of statistical methods such as the Alpha Chronobaghcoefficient and the (T.
