The changes that happen in training progress especially in skill side demands tests researchers found poorness for patterns to special tests in defending skills against shooting although applying these tests on other samples without considering the age , so the problem of research came controlling the tests of defense against shooting that serve juniors players and match the original society to serve the basketball game . The research sample chosen for juniors players for Baghdad clubs in season (2011-2012) the sample numbered (82) players represented (7) clubs that their percentage (82%) , after gaining the data processed statically and we reached to conclusion that : defending tests against shooting applied first time in Iraq in Iraq environment that qualified besides other tests help to choose players to represent Iraq team ,the recommendation were depending on these tests defending against shooting that help on developing progress and helps in collection.

The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.
A large number of natural or synthetic dyes have been removed from both national and international lists of permitted food colors because of their mutagenic or carcinogenic activity. Therefore, this study aimed to use the Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA-Based Polymerase Chain Reaction (RAPD-PCR) assay as a feasible method to evaluate the ability of some food colors as genotoxin-induced DNA damage and mutations. In this study 100 samples were collected from infected children with acute and chronic tonsillitis who attended to Al-Yarmook Teaching Hospital (ENT consultation clinic) from 5/12/2013 to 1/3/2014. The result of laboratory culture was positive in 67 samples. Depending on their cultural, morphological and biochemical characterization of bacterial isolate of them were identified as (37.31%) belonged to Streptococcus pyogenes and the diagnosis is confirmed by the use of Remel Rapid STR System, (34.32%) belonged to S.parasanguinis, (11.94%) S.mitis, (11.94%) S.oralis and (4.47%) S.thoraltensis .
