أن لعبة كرة السلة في تقدم وتطور مستمر حالها في ذلك حال الألعاب الرياضية الأخرى حيث أن الفضل في ذلك يعود إلى المعرفة بالعلوم المختلفة وكذلك البحث العلمي من اجل تحقيق نتائج متقدمة تنشدها معظم الدول ومنها العراق على الصعيد المحلي والعربي والدولي. ومما لاشك فيه أن متطلبات تطور مستوى نتائج القدرات البدنية في أيُة لعبة مرتبطة بالبرمجة والتخطيط الصحيح للمناهج التدريبية إذ تقودنا هذه الحقيقة إلى إجراء المزيد من الاختبارات بصورة دورية كونها كما أشار جونتربلوم Günter Blume (أداة لإثارة الدافع والتفوق واستمرار التقدم) ( )، ولكي يتم من خلالها الحصول على معلومات دقيقة يمكن استثمار نتائجها لغرض الحكم والتقويم والتوجيه بشكل منتظم. ويعد علم الاختبارات والقياس إلى جانب علم التدريب الرياضي والعلوم الرياضية الأخرى من الضروريات الأساسية التي يجب أن تؤخذ بنظر الاعتبار عند استخدام الوسائل التي من شأنها الارتقاء بالمستوى إلى ما يرضي الطموح مختصرةً في ذلك الجهود والإمكانيات، وقد برزت أهمية هذا العلم من خلال إمكانية التقويم الموضوعي لكل من النواحي البدنية والمهارية والخططية والوظيفية والنفسية والتربوية كمؤشرات للحالة الراهنة، وما يرتبط بها من واجبات العلم الثاني في تقديم الأساليب والطرائق المعتمدة في مناهج العملية التدريبية والارتقاء بها. أن هذا الترابط في الواجبات يساهم بصورة فاعلة في تهيئة السبل أمام التشخيص والتوجيه والتصنيف ووضع المعايير لرصد الجوانب الإيجابية والمحافظة عليها وتطويرها من ناحية وتلافي الجوانب السلبية من ناحية أخرى. وفي ضوء ما تقدم ومن اجل تحديد وتقويم تلك المعايير برز دور الخبراء والباحثين في وضع مجموعة اختبارات وبطاريات خاصة بكرة السلة متميزة بثقلها العلمي لمعرفة قدرات اللاعبين الحقيقية وصلاحية الأساليب والطرائق المستخدمة في التدريب. وبناءاً على ذلك فإن أهمية البحث تتجلى في تحديد المعايير وبصورة دورية لقدرات اللاعبين من أجل تحقيق الارتقاء بالمستوى التدريبي للمدربين والأداء للاعبين نحو الأحسن، وزيادةً على ذلك النهوض بمستوى لعبة كرة السلة العراقية.

A novel Schiff base ligand (DBC) synthesized from 4-chlorobenzoic acid, along with its Cu (II) and Co (II) complexes, was prepared and characterized using FT-IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, as well as magnetic and conductivity measurements. Based on this, a tetrahedral structure of [M(DBC)Cl2] was proposed for the complexes. Antioxidant activity of the compounds was assessed and compared to ascorbic acid, revealing that the copper complex exhibited superior antioxidant properties compared to the cobalt complex and the ligand. This study aims to calculate the percentage of loss and its causes of the horticultural crops tangerines and Seville oranges in Baghdad governorate for the 2020 agricultural season and estimate the economic impacts of losses both crops tangerines and Seville oranges at the study samples level. The research followed both methods descriptive and the quantitative mathematical in estimating the loss of horticultural crops from tangerines and Seville oranges trees and calculating the economic impact of this loss. The effect of chronic exposure to two different levels of cadmium chloride (CdCl2) 30 ppb and 40 ppb in drinking water for 12 weeks on thyroid function of mature male rabbits was studied. BACKGROUND: The degree of the development of coronary collaterals is long considered an alternate–that is, a collateral–source of blood supply to an area of the myocardium threatened with vascular ischemia or insufficiency. Hence, the coronary collaterals are beneficial but can also promote harmful (adverse) effects. For instance, the coronary steal effect during the myocardial hyperemia phase and that of restenosis following coronary angioplasty.
This paper examines the impact of the organizational culture prevailing at the university center, Ali KafiTindouf, on the quality of the educational service provided by the university center Ali KafiTindouf from the point of view of the teachers of the center. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the variables studied, by the distribution of 33 questionnaires on a random sample of the study community.
The study found that the organizational culture prevailing at the university center of Ali KafiTindouf contributed to reaching higher levels in the awareness and quality of the educational service provided by the teachers of the center.<
