Applying grammatical rules of foreign languages regarding Time and Aspect to the Arabic language caused several problems, one of which led Orientalists to annul temporality in the Arabic language and consider it a language of aspectuality. This criterion has many fallacies, since each language differs from the other according to the syntactic and morphological norms, even in the structuring of the verbal system of each of them.

Abstract<p>In the present study, the effectiveness of a procedure of electrocoagulation for removing chemical oxygen demand (COD) from the wastewater of petroleum refinery has been evaluated. Aluminum and stainless steel electrodes were used as a sacrificial anode and cathode respectively.    The measurement of uranium concentration in human urine is very important in assessment of occupational and public exposure to uranium. In the present work, the fission track technique was used to decide uranium concentration in blood of Kidneys Failure Patients in Al- Muthanna Governorate. The uranium concentration values in urine samples of Kidneys Failure Patients ranged between 0.92  to 4.87  , while Healthy group results were ranged 0.91  to 1.82 .
