The law contains many types of formal contracts, including the sale of real estate contract, the mortgage and the mortgage insurance on real estate, and the contract for the sale of machinery and vehicles and the contract of sale of the ship. The purpose of this research is to highlight the concept of form, because of the growing importance that has become and which began to expand the expansion of contracts and the multiplicity of new contracts have become necessary to the legal texts to address the effects of legislative treatment, especially electronic contracts, which form has an important role in the conclusion for the privacy it enjoys. Where the vast and accelerating development in today's world, which knows no boundaries except God's will, requires abandoning the traditional methods of life in general, and the tendency to satisfy them through the computer and dialogue through those and the elimination of borders for the speed of those devices easy to use. This leads us to: 1) examine the nature of these contracts and 2) the extend of the possibility of adhering to traditional formality, and 3) whether electronic formality could replace traditional formalism to overcome the difficulties of establishing electronic contracts? And 4) can formalities be completed in the same way when an electronic contracts is concluded its writing on paper or it absorbs electronic writing? And 5) whether the electronic signature is the normal signature required by law? And 6) are the rules for electronic contracts applied to all contracts and legal acts or there are contracts and action excluded from subject to electronic formalities.
Some physical properties enthalpy (?H), entropy (?s), free energy (?G),capacities(?cp?) and Pka values) for valine in dimethyl foramideover the temperature range 293.15-318.15K, were determined by direct conductance measurements. The acid dissociation at six temperature was examined at solvent composition x2) involving 0.141 of dimethyl foramide . As results, calculated values have been used to determine the dissociation constant and the associated thermodynamic function for the valine in the solvent mixture over temperatures in the range 293.15-318.15 k. The Pka1, and Pka2 were increased with increasing temperature.
Objective Thalassemic patients present with multiple immune abnormalities that may predispose them to oral Candida, however this has not been investigated. The aim of this study was to assess oral candidal colonization in a group of patients with β-thalassemia major both qualitatively and quantitatively. Choosing antimicrobials is a common dilemma when the expected rate of bacterial resistance is high. The observed resistance values in unequal groups of isolates tested for different antimicrobials can be misleading. This can affect the decision to recommend one antibiotic over the other. We analyzed recalled data with the statistical consideration of unequal sample groups. Data was collected concerning children suspected to have typhoid fever at Al Alwyia Pediatric Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq. The study period extended from September 2021 to September 2022. Morphometric traits or body conformation traits also called linear body measurements are important in predicting marketing body weight especially for commercial breeders and producers. Drilling with casing (DWC) can be considered as a modern drilling technique in which both of drilling and casing operations done in the same time by using the casing to transfer the hydraulic and mechanical power to the bit instead of traditional drilling string. To overcome oil well control, minimizing the total cost through enhancing drilling efficiency, drilling with casing was proposed as an enabling technology.
Two surface sections (17 1/2 - and 12 1/4- inch) were drilled successfully in Rumaila oil field with casing strings which reached 655m and 1524m measured depths respectively.
