This day, we see the Significant role that social media platforms play, it plays a vital role in shaping the Social, political, and economic awareness of individuals. The Iraqi Society, which is experiencing rapid cultural and social transformations, is considered a fertile ground for social media and its influences, whether negative or positive. Research and studies indicate that the negative use of social media will lead to weaking of the sense of belonging and citizenship among members of Iraqi society. This, in turn, threatens moral and educational values, increases feelings of family estrangement, and leads to social isolation. On the contrary, if social is used correctly, it can significantly contribute to enhancing educational values. It provides social interaction and educational platforms, allowing individuals, especially the youth, to connect with others and access information in innovative and new ways therefore, it is crucial to active all efforts to leverage the positive aspects of these platforms and work a minimizing their negative impact. This can be done by promoting content that raises awareness among the youth about how to use social media responsibly, adhering to educational and moral values. This approach ensures the building of cohesive and strong society.
Human Resources Management Practices (HRMP) and managerial control represent two academic fields that have been and still are the focus of many studies. This study reports on natural convection heat transfer in a square enclosure of length (L=20 cm) with a saturated porous medium (solid glass beads) having same fluid (air) at lower horizontal layer and free air fill in the rest of the cavity's space. The experimental work has been performed under the effects of heating from bottom by constant heat flux q=150,300,450,600 W/m2 for four porous layers thickness Hp (2.5,5,7.5,1) cm and three heaters length δ(20,14,7) cm.
