Achieving high achievement in the sport of fencing requires thinking, awareness and visual tracking, as visual tracking is one of the important visual abilities that a fencing player needs and is considered one of the special visual abilities as it contributes and helps in the correct motor, mental and mental performance and gives the fencing the ability to perfect and accomplished performance in training and competition. Where the research problem lies in the weak skill performance of the fencing players as a result of the weakness in possessing visual and mental abilities. The two researchers used the experimental method in a controlled manner (experimental and control groups) with a pre and post-test. The research community was identified with (the female fencing team players) in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (14) players. The sample was divided randomly (even and odd numbers) to:- (6) Female players (experimental group) perform the experimental (independent) variable special exercises - (6) Female player (the control group) performs the usual exercises in training the sport of fencing. (2) A player to conduct the exploratory experiment, and the homogeneity between the members of the research sample and parity between the two groups was conducted in the tribal tests. The experimental group carried out mental speed exercises at the beginning of the main part of the training unit, immediately after warming up, with a time of 10-15 minutes. With two units per week and over a period of 10 weeks, the control group carried out the usual training, and after completing the exercises, the post-test was conducted, and then the results of the study were processed. Therefore, the two researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the skill performance of the female fencing players by investing in the mental, motor and physical speed exercises similar to the skill performance. With attention to visual, motor and skill abilities through the preparation of special exercises and different methods to increase the excitement and suspense of the female fencing players

In present study the effect of soil extracts of different types of soil on ability of two clinical isolates, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus to form biofilm. The extract of soil was done by using sterile phosphate buffer saline and analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopic (FTIR). Spectrophotometric method was used to check ability of the studied isolated bacteria to form biofilm on polystyrene microtiter plates. The data of FTIR showed very little difference was observed among extracts of three types of soil (soil contaminated with hydrocarbons; garden soil collected from gardens of al-jadrea, Baghdad and containers soil), but the highest difference was observed in the extract obtained from peat moss clay soil.

For the period from February 2014 till May 2014, one hundred and nine lactose fermenter clinical isolates from different samples (urine, stool, wound swab, blood, and sputum) were collected from Alyarmok, Alkadimiya, and Baghdad teaching hospitals at Baghdad governorate. Identification of all Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were carried out depending on macroscopic, microscopic characterizations, conventional biochemical tests, and Api 20E system. Different factors have been examined to be related with the prevalence of Girdiasis in the north of Baghdad in human beings which were (gender, age , occupation ,family size,faecal status and presence of domestic animals) during the period from the beginning of April 2009 till the end of March 2010.
