It is evident from this study that Yamama Formation is reservoir rocks and source rocks at the same time, based on occurrences of crude oil and source rocks. Bulk properties of Yamama oil in six wells as well as comparing several samples of Yamama oil by using the biological mark have indicated multi source of hydrocarbons with some pay having Jurassic and Lower Cretaceouse source affinity that belongs to the Yamama Formation.

These dunes consist mainly of sand sediments with variable sizes, including medium, fine, and very fine sands. Quartz represents the major light mineral in the Najaf Dunes sand. The prevailing wind direction in the study area is NW-SE. The major ripple crest series of every pattern are oriented perpendicular to the NW-SE wind direction, whereas imbricated ripple groups within the troughs of the preexisting ripples are created by the WSW-ENE wind trend.      This study observed the formation of struvite crystals in wastewater using natural zeolite activated with Mg²⁺ ions. Mg²⁺ ions released from natural zeolite would react with PO₄^3- and NH₄⁺ ions from in wastewater to form struvite crystals. The results showed that at pH 8.5, the removal of PO₄^3- and NH₄⁺ ions was more effective using the modified zeolite than the natural zeolite.
