The aim of this paper is to construct the (k,r)-caps in the projective 3-space PG(3,p) over Galois field GF(4). We found that the maximum complete (k,2)-cap which is called an                       ovaloid  , exists in PG(3,4) when k = 13. Moreover the maximum (k,3)-caps, (k,4)-caps and   (k,5)-caps. 

Background:  spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is subtype of hemorrhagic stroke with extremely poor prognosis. It’s a medical emergency and can lead to death or severe disability even when recognized and treated at an early stage.      Drought is a complex phenomenon that has severe impacts on the environment. Vegetation and its conditions are very sensitive to drought effects. This study aimed to monitor and assess the drought severity and its relationships to some ecological variables in ten districts of Erbil Governorate (Kurdistan Region), Iraq, throughout 20 years (1998-2017). Background: Client satisfaction with the immunization service is used to evaluate the quality of the admitted service and at the same time it affects the goodness of the health care outcome.

Objectives: This study assessed the satisfaction with immunization services offered to children and factors affecting this satisfaction.

Methods: Exit interviews for clients were conducted in Baghdad, Al-Karkh in a representative sample of primary health care centers to assess clients’ satisfaction with immunization services. Clients are companions of children encountered at study settings.
