...Show More Authors

The theater has made a qualitative transition at the level of presenting shows by starting from new theatrical spaces and activating the role of formative values through the mass distribution of the elements of creating the scene and granting visual techniques more functions to enhance the theatrical space and create a partnership between the show and the recipient through the actor's performance. The theater director sought to activate the participatory space through the directorial variables and the text of the show and the use of new techniques and the production of participatory spaces and moving towards new spaces and discovering them and leaving traditional spaces. According to the above, the researchers asked (Does the participatory space and directorial variables have an impact on Iraqi theater shows?) The research was divided into: Chapter One: The methodological framework that included the problem and the need for it, then the research methodology, the importance of the research, the research objective and its limits, and the definition of terms. Chapter Two: The theoretical framework. This chapter included two topics that focused on achieving the research objectives, which are: Section One: Directorial trends and their variables in the participatory space, while Section Two: Directors' experiences in the participatory space. Chapter Three: Research Procedures, which are as follows: Research community, research tools, research methodology, analysis of the play Macbeth, results, discussion and conclusions, then a list of sources and references.

Determination of Matrix Metalloproteinase 10 and Fetuin-A Levels as Excellent Predictive Factors in Iraqi Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy
...Show More Authors

Background: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a significant contributor to end-stage renal failure in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Diabetic nephropathy is characterized by tubular atrophy, glomerular dilation, glomerulosclerosis, interstitial fibrosis, and proteinuria, resulting in deterioration of kidney function. DN, primarily caused by hyperglycemia, accounts for millions of deaths globally and is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease. Matrix metalloproteinase 10 is an enzyme essential for the breakdown of extracellular matrix constituents. Fetuin-A forms soluble complexes with calcium and phosphate to prevent soft tissue mineralization Objectives: To determine the levels of Matrix Metalloproteinase 10 and

Immunization is one of the most cost-effective and successful public health applications. The results of immunization are difficult to see as the incidence of disease occurrence is low while adverse effects following the immunization are noticeable, particularly if the vaccine was given to apparently healthy person. High safety expectations of population regarding the vaccines so they are more prone to hesitancy regarding presence of even small risk of adverse events which may lead to loss of pub

Nitric Oxide, Peroxynitrite and Malondialdehyde Levels as Markers for Nitrosative/Oxidative Stress in Iraqi Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
...Show More Authors

Systemic lupus Erythematosus is an autoimmune disease of unknown aetiology affecting multiple organ system. Reactive nitrogen and oxygen species are claimed to play a role in this disease. However, the potential of Nitrosative/Oxidative Stress to elicit an autoimmune, response remain till now largely unexplored in humans. This study was done to investigate the status and contribution of nitrosative/oxidative stress in Iraqi patients for systemic lupus erythematosus. Blood samples from 19 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and 19 age-and sex- matched apparently healthy controls were evaluated for serum levels of nitrosative/oxidative stress markers including nitric oxide, peroxynitrite and malondialdehyde. Nitric oxide levels were
