Hydrogen sulfide gas sensing properties of in2o3 – cdo nanoparticles(Article)
...Show More Authors

Thin films of In2O3-CdO at various CdO contents (0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05) were deposited on transparent substrate which is glass using chemical spray pyrolysis deposition method at substrate temperature 150oC. The structural properties was studied to characterize the prepared materials by XRD analysis. Surface morphology has been illustrated using scanning electron microscopy which proved the nanosize of prepared materials. This materials have been used as gas sensor for toxic gas which is hydrogen sulfide H2S. The sensitivity and response speed have been investigated with addition of CdO nanoparticles. © 2021, S.C. Galangin-Loaded Gold Nanoparticles: Molecular Mechanisms of Antiangiogenesis Properties in Breast Cancer
...Show More Authors

Angiogenesis is important for tissue during normal physiological processes as well as in a number of diseases, including cancer. Drug resistance is one of the largest difficulties to antiangiogenesis therapy. Due to their lower cytotoxicity and stronger pharmacological advantage, phytochemical anticancer medications have a number of advantages over chemical chemotherapeutic drugs. In the current study, the effectiveness of AuNPs, AuNPs-GAL, and free galangin as an antiangiogenesis agent was evaluated. Different physicochemical and molecular approaches have been used including the characterization, cytotoxicity, scratch wound healing assay, and gene expression of VEGF and ERKI in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line. Effect of thickness variation CdO/PSi thin films on detection of radiation
...Show More Authors

CdO films were deposited on substrates from glass, Silicon and Porous silicon by thermal chemical spray pyrolysis technique with different thicknesses (130 and 438.46) nm. Measurements of X-ray diffraction of CdO thin film proved that the structure of the Polycrystalline is cubic lattice, and its crystallite size is located within nano scale range where the perfect orientation is (200). The results show that the surface’s roughness and the root mean square increased with increasing the thickness of prepared films. The UV-Visible measurements show that the CdO films with different thicknesses possess an allowed direct transition with band gap (4) eV. AFM measurement revealed that the silicon porosity located in nano range. Cadmium oxide f

Cystic Echinococcosis: A Review Article
...Show More Authors

Hydatid cystic or cystic echinococcosis disease remains a major challenge due to its medical and veterinary importance and its widespread spread all over the world as well as the economic losses caused by this disease, whether for humans or farm animals. Echinococcus granulosus is the causative agent for this disease, targeting the liver and lungs primarily and in varying proportions of the rest of the body. This disease is characterized by the non-appearance of pathological symptoms for long periods as its appearance depends on the size, number and site of the cysts formed and the type of organ infected and surgery is still the most effective solution for the disposal of hydatid cysts. Dogs and the rest of Canidae family represent the fina

Hebrew Children's Literature (Review Article)

Hebrew literature, in all its forms, has not presented a single model for children's literature. The diversity of themes and approaches has resulted in a rich array of objectives, goals, and motivations. Literary genres, both poetry and prose, have also diversified. Children's literature has addressed numerous topics, including education and moral instruction, critiques of teaching methods, emphasis on children's rights and the need to consider their psychological well-being, and the portrayal of the Arab individual—whether girl, man, or even child—compared to the Hebrew, Israeli, or Jewish child, depending on the study under discussion. Furthermore, some Zionist perspectives have been subtly embedded, either through historical referenc

Comparative NO2 Sensing Characteristics of SnO2:WO3 Thin Film Against Bulk and Investigation of Optical Properties of the Thin Film
...Show More Authors

A comparative investigation of gas sensing properties of SnO2 doped with WO3 based on thin film and bulk forms was achieved. Thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrates. Bulk sensors in the shape of pellets were prepared by pressing SnO2:WO3 powder. The polycrystalline nature of the obtained films with tetragonal structure was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The calculated crystalline size was 52.43 nm. Thickness of the prepared films was found 134 nm. The optical characteristics of the thin films were studied by using UV-VIS Spectrophotometer in the wavelength range 200 nm to 1100 nm, the energy band gap, extinction coefficient and refractive index of the thin film were 2.5 eV , 0.024 and 2.51, respective

Hydrogen Production by Water Electrolysis Via Photovoltaic Panel
...Show More Authors

Hydrogen fuel is a good alternative to fossil fuels. It can be produced using a clean energy without contaminated emissions. This work is concerned with experimental study on hydrogen production via solar energy. Photovoltaic module is used to convert solar radiation to electrical energy. The electrical energy  is used for electrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen by using alkaline water electrolyzer with stainless steel electrodes. A MATLAB computer program is developed to solve a four-parameter-model and predict the characteristics of PV module under Baghdad climate conditions. The hydrogen production system is tested at different NaOH mass concentration of (50,100, 200, 300) gram. The maximum hydrogen produc

New Dosage Form of Insulin: Review Article
...Show More Authors

Many patients with advanced type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and all patients with T1DM require insulin to keep blood glucose levels in the target range. The most common route of insulin administration is subcutaneous insulin injections. There are many ways to deliver insulin subcutaneously, such as vials and syringes, insulin pens, and insulin pumps. Though subcutaneous insulin delivery is the standard route of insulin administration, it is associated with injection pain, needle phobia, lipodystrophy, noncompliance, and peripheral hyperinsulinemia. Therefore, the need exists to deliver insulin in a minimally invasive or noninvasive way and in the most physiological way. Inhaled insulin was the first approved noninvasive and alternative way
