This research aims to evaluate the teaching methods used by intermediate Arabic language teachers. To achieve the goal, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The research sample was limited to Arabic language teachers at intermediate school for the academic year (2017-2018) the researcher chose a random sample included (155) teachers which form a (40%) Of the original community at Baghdad/ Rusafa1th. The researcher has developed standards of teaching methods which are (7) standards with (39) paragraphs included three alternatives. The study aimed to investigate the effect of using the intructional computer individually or through the cooperative groups on the achievement of the ninth grade students in mathematics compared to the traditional method. The experimental method adapted three groups out of three schools were chosen, two groups of the students where applied the computer method. The comtrol group used the simple random method, and it used the diagnostic test as tool for the study.The result showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental groups and the control group on the post-test for the two experimental groups.

  In this study the faunistic of lady beetles (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae) was studied in Mehriz region (Yazd province) during 2009-2010. The total number of specimens of coccinellid beetles were collected from 6 different localities having altitudes from 1420-2420 m. Altogether 11 species from 8 genera, 3 tribes and 3 subfamilies were collected and identified. External characters plus characteristics male and female genitalia were used in order to diagnose species. Seven species were recorded for the first time from Yazd province (marked^*).
