These rules are adopted for woman because of two reasons : that she is from civilians and on the other hand that her special constitution demands a special protection. The international community's attention of women is increased as a result of the tragic situation that faced women around the world especially in the Middle East and particularly in Iraq during the American-British war and ISIS period, these two periods sort many negative effects that reach women such as captivity, slavery, sexual enslavement and rape women especially Yazidis and Christians....

تتسارع التحولات السياسية في العصر الحديث، وتتزايد التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات، حيث يظهر التطرف كظاهرة تهدد أمن الدول واستقرارها، وتعد الإصلاحات السياسية خطوة حيوية نحو تحقيق تنمية مستدامة وتحقيق التوازن في المجتمعات. أذ يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف وتحليل دور الأصلاح السياسي كآلية فعالة في مكافحة ظاهرة التطرف. وطالما أن الدول في المنطقة العربية تعاني من التسلط والأستبداد وغياب دور المؤسسات السياسية الفعل

تعددت آراء المفكرين الاسلاميين المعاصرين حول الدولة الاسلامية بعد سقوط الخلافة العثمانية بصورة خاصة نتيجة لتأثر هؤلاء المفكرين بالمفاهيم التي سادت في الثقافة الغربية ، ومنها مفهوم الدولة ، حيث لم يتطرق الفكر الاسلامي الى مناقشة مفهوم الدولة الاسلامية قبل هذه الفترة ، لان اهتمامهم كان منصبا بالتظير حول موضوع السلطة . وسيتم التطرق في هذا البحث لمفهوم الدولة لدى المفكرين الاسلاميين المعاصر

Today, the Islamic nation is going through a phase that is one of the most dangerous that it has never experienced before. This phase was characterized by the following:

The nation is divided into states and its weakness in most of its doctrinal, political, social, economic and moral aspects.
Enemies targeting the nation's faith and capabilities, and the emergence of loyalty to the enemies of the nation from some groups of society, spreading misconceptions in the Muslim community.
Spreading the spirit of rebellion in all segments of society and striving to stir up the people against the rulers and put pressure on the rulers.

All these manifestations and others require the nation's wise men
