This research, the author deals with a number of topics, including: What is interpretation?, the difference between exegesis and I interpretation of the Quran, the meaning of interpretation in the term, and the meaning of interpretation in the terminology of the people of interpretation, It deals with then, he demonstrates the interpretation and reasoning meanings of language, and the need of Muslims to interpret the Quran, and limitations of the use of interpretation and exegesis, On the interpretation of opinion and when it began, and the need of Muslims to explain, Finally he discusses the ways of interpretation, and the conditions to be provided in the interpreter.

Concentrations of uranium were measured in this study for twenty soil samples from four areas with different depths (soil surface-20-40-60-80)cm .The study regions include Missan Governorate (Al-Iskan area,Al-Shibbana area ,Hai-Al Moualimin Al Jadied area ,Sector 30 area). The Uranium concentrations in soil samples measured by using fission tracks registration in (CR-39) track detector that caused by the bombardment of (U-283) with thermal neutrons from (241Am-Be) neutron source that has flux neutron thermal of (5 ×103 n cm-2 s-1). A survey data is conducted with Total Station technique on sanitary planning positions. This study presents determination of the paleostress magnitudes and orientation of Bekhme Structure in Shaqlawa area northeastern Iraq. Paleostress Analysis of slip-fault measurements is performed using Right dihedral, Lisle diagram and Mohr Circles methods.           Physicochemical characteristics of groundwater in AL-Miqdadiyah town were studied by taking random water samples from six differents wells from July to December 2010. The results were compared with the international standards for drinking-water of WHO and FAO and the iraqian limits . Fourteen parameters were analysed.
