Extended calculations for sputtering yield through bombed Nickel – target by Xenon ions plasma are accomplished. The calculations include changing the input parameters: the energy of xenon ions plasma, the hit target angle of nickel target, thickness of the nickel target layer, and the slight change in the surface binding energy of Nickel. The program TRIM is used to accomplish these calculations. The results show that the sputtering yields directly dependent on these parameters. The change in angles of incidence plasma ions and energy leads to a significant change in the sputtering yields. On the other hand, the sputtering yields ore highly affected by changing target width and surface binding energy at fixed ion parameters.

charge transfer complex formed by interaction between the p- aminodiphenylamine (PADPA) as electron donor with iodine as electron acceptor in ethanol at 250C as evidenced by color change and absorption. The spectrum obtained from complex PADPA – Iodine shows absorptions bands at 586 nm. All the variables which affected on the stability of complex were studies such as temperature, pH, time and concentration of acceptor. In this research, deposition of titanium oxide (TiO₂) and vanadium oxide (V₂O₅) thin film  in different mixing percentage  (0, 25 ,50, 75 and100)%   on the substrate of glass .The coating thickness was ( 50 nm  ).

The study investigates the water quality of the Orontes River, which is considered one of the important water recourses in Syria, as it is used for drinking, irrigation, swimming and industrial needs. A database of 660 measurements for 13 parameters concentrations used, were taken from 11 monitoring points distributed along the Orontes River for a period of five years from 2015-2019, and to study the correlation between parameters and their impact on water quality, statistical analysis was applied using (SPSS) program. Cluster analysis was applied in order to classify the pollution areas along the river, and two groups were given: (low pollution - high pollution), where the areas were classified according to the sources of pollution to w
