The main objective of this paper is to develop and validate flow injection method, a precise, accurate, simple, economic, low cost and specific turbidimetric method for the quantitative determination of mebeverine hydrochloride (MbH) in pharmaceutical preparations. A homemade NAG Dual & Solo (0-180º) analyser which contains two identical detections units (cell 1 and 2) was applied for turbidity measurements. The developed method was optimized for different chemical and physical parameters such as perception reagent concentrations, aqueous salts solutions, flow rate, the intensity of the sources light, sample volume, mixing coil and purge time. The correlation coefficients (r) of the developed method were 0.9980 and 0.9986 for cell 1 and 2 respectively and showed the linearity of response against concentration over the range of 1.0 to 6.5 and 0.7-6.5mmol/L for cell 1 & 2 respectively. The limit of detections (LOD) for cell 1 and cell 2 were 0.28 and 0.21 mmol/L respectively. The intra-day and inter-day precision for two serial estimations of 3.5 and 5.5 mmol/L of MBH exhibited a relative standard deviation of 0.46%, 0.28%, 0.23%, 0.26% and 0.39%, 0.79%, 0.14%, 0.05% for cell 1 & 2 respectively. The accuracy of the developed method has expressed a recovery percentage (Rec %) and error % which was between 99.22 to 101.13 and 99.39 to 101.17 for cell 1 and cell 2 respectively. The ICH guidelines were followed for method validation. The developed method was successfully applied for the determination of MbH in pure and pharmaceutical preparations and the method can be conveniently used for routine analysis in laboratory as a quality control method since the method permits quantitively determination of 60 samples/h.
To determine the important pathogenic role of celiac disease in triggering several autoimmune disease, thirty patients with Multiple Sclerosis of ages (22-55) years have been investigated and compared with 25 healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgA IgG by ELISA test, anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG, and anti-endomysial antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT. There was a significant elevation in the concentration of anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgA and IgG compared to control groups (P≤0.05), there was 4(13.33%) positive results for anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG , 3(10%) positive results for anti-endomysial antibodies IgA and IgG . Aflatoxin M1 was present in 21 samples, the concentration of aflatoxin M1 ranged from (0.25-50 ppb). UV radiation (365nm wave length) was used for detoxification of aflatoxin M1 (sample with highest concentration /50 ppb of aflatoxin M1 in two different volumes ((25 & 50 ml)) for two different time (15 & 30 min) and 30, 60, 90 cm distance between lamp and milk layer were used for this purpose). Results showed that distance between lamp and milk layer was the most effective parameter in reduction of aflatoxin M1, and whenever the distance increase the

The investigation was conducted for determination the optimum operating conditions in the three above different granulation equipments.
Results reveal that the optimum operating conditions to get maximum granulation occurred at ( speed: 31rpm , Inclination:420 , binder ratio:225,300% ) for the IDG,( speed: 68rpm , Inclination: 12.50 , binder ratio: 300% ) for the RD and ( speed:1200rpm , time of rotation: 1-2min )for the Caleva
A fully automatic electrothermal atomic emission spectrometry (ETA-AES) is described. This system is based on an echelle monochromator modified for wave¬length modulation which is completely controlled by microcomputer . The advantages of the system in atomic spectrometry have been discussed . Aspects of the analytical performances such as calibration ? dection limit, precision , and recovery for copper are considered . This system is applied for routine determination of copper in commercial powdered mill? by slurr>' atomization versus aqueous atomization techniques.
Smoking is the inhalation of smoke tobacco burning that cover with narghile and cigarettes. There are a many problems result smoking such as, deterioration of health in general, undesirable social phenomenon, waste of money and time and stress. This study design to identify the effects of smoking narghile and cigarettes on levels of MPO, HCY and lipidprofil via determination of those parameters in cohort younger of Baghdad city. So to found the correlation coefficient of MPO and those parameters in groups that smoking cigarette and narghiledaily. As well as, to consider the MPO as biomarker to predictor coronary heart diseases. Recently two gene fusions, KIAA1549–BRAF and SRGAP3–RAF1 have been detected in a number of brain tumours. We report here our development and validation of RT-RQPCR assays to detect various isoforms of these two fusion genes in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissues of medulloblastoma and ependymoma. We examined these fusion genes in 44 paediatric brain tumours, 33 medulloblastomas and 11 ependymomas. We detected both fusion transcripts in 8/33, 5/33 SRGAP3 ex10/RAF1 ex10, and 3/33 KIAA1549 ex16/BRAF ex9, meduloblastomas but none in the 11 ep

To achieve this goal, (100) questionnaires were prepared and distributed to the auditors in the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau and the authorized auditors' offices and practitioners of the auditing profession in Iraq. For the purpose of testing the research hypothesis and analyzing data, some appropriate statistical methods have been used and the use of the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the analytical procedures and tests applied by the auditor have a role in revealing and limiting creative accounting practices and methods and that auditors u
