Abstract: Objectives: The lowest dose of bromocriptine, necessary for suppression of lactation in rats, was estimated in this investigation. Methodology: Fifty healthy lactating rats were treated with different doses of bromocriptine. Cessation of lactation was assessed clinically and histologically. Results: Revealed that the lowest dose capable of lactation suppression is 4 mg bromocriptine / kg body wt. / day. It is very important to know the exact dose, which can suppress lactation in rats because these laboratory animals are commonly employed in experiments concerning this topic. Key words: Bromoci

This study was aimed to isolate and identify Saccharomyces boulardii from Mangosteen fruits (Garcinia mangostana L.) by traditional and molecular identification methods To get safe and healthy foods probiotics for use, The isolates and two commercial strains were subjected to cultural, morphological and biochemical tests, The colonies of the isolates were spherical, smooth, mucoidal, dull and white to cream colour on SD agar media .The shape of cells was globose to ovoid and sometimes with budding, in a single form or clustered like a beehive. This research work aims to investigate the effect of cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut on the surface residual stress of steel AISI 1045 after face milling operation. Preparation and study of the Structural, Morphological and Optical properties of pure Tin Oxide Nanoparticle doped with Cu
In this study, pure SnO2 Nanoparticles doped with Cu were synthesized by a chemical precipitation method. Using SnCl2.2H2O, CuCl2.2H2O as raw materials, the materials were annealed at 550°C for 3 hours in order to improve crystallization. The XRD results showed that the samples crystallized in the tetragonal rutile type SnO2 stage.
