ABSTRACT University college libraries are one of the most important information institutions for all researchers during their research and study life, they seeks to provide information sources such as; books, periodicals, theses, databases, Inquiry service and answering questions services in various disciplines to achieve its goals. In 2020, college libraries of all types stepped up to meet the needs of their users' as they responded to the impacts of COVID-19, also extended necessary lifelines to community members facing job losses, healthcare crises, and remote work and learning during an unprecedented and uncertain time. The research aim to identifying the services provided to the postgraduate students users at University of Baghdad college libraries at Al-Jadriya campus, and to in light of the provision of remote services 1/2/2020-30/5/2021 Research methodology used a questionnaire tool distributed for random sample about (55) male and female students was selected, consisting of (25) doctoral students and (30) master's students. With different specializations (scientific and humanitarian), and the research suggested and recommended: 1. Allow to the users to visit the college libraries while maintaining social distancing between them and information providers. 2. Providing home delivery service, by training workers to be information delivery services, and providing them all supplements for the purpose of ensuring the success of this service. 3.Adopting a set of applications available to facilitate the access of resources to the users in their homes without the need to visit libraries, such as (Curbside Communicator), The Princh application, etc.
The study aims to display the scientific benefit offered by modern electronic programs for various scientific research methods, while determining the positive scientific role played by these programs in modernizing the methodologies and logic of scientific thinking, especially with the rapid development of the sciences and their curricula.
These programs link accurately with scientific results. The importance of the study is to provide practical mechanisms to highlight the scientific projection of the electronic programs in various steps of scientific research.

In the deterministic model, the value of the basic reproduction number determines the persistence or extinction of the COVID-19. If , one infected cell will transmit the virus to less than one cell, as a result, the person carrying the Coronavirus will get rid of the disease .If the infected cell will be able to infect all cells that contain ACE receptors. In this paper, a compartmental differential epidemic model of COVID-19 pandemic transmission is constructed and analyzed that accounts for the effects of media coverage. The model can be categorized into eight distinct divisions: susceptible individuals, exposed individuals, quarantine class, infected individuals, isolated class, infectious material in the environment, media coverage, and recovered individuals. Worldwide, hundreds of millions of people have been infected with COVID-19 since December 2019; however, about 20% or less developed severe symptoms. The main aim of the current study was to assess the relationship between the severity of Covid-19 and different clinical and laboratory parameters. A total number of 466 Arabs have willingly joined this prospective cohort. Out of the total number, 297 subjects (63.7%) had negative COVID-19 tests, and thus, they were recruited as controls, while 169 subjects (36.3%) who tested positive for COVID-19 were enrolled as cases.
