There were many ideas and opinions on the linkage between growth and economic reform  in both developed and developing countries. The relationship is, of course, existed. Therefore, this research comes to analyses it in the Iraqi economy. There are main methods of scientific research, and that the researcher's choice of the appropriate methodology for scientific research is one of the most important rules on which the researcher must rely in order to prepare scientific research properly.
