The present study conducted on 30 female patients with osteoarthritis 0A a
attending Baghdad teaching hosp ital, in addition to 30 healthy females , all subjects
were ( 35-65) years old.
Some biochemical parameters were measured in the sera of patients and healthy
group s. The parameters were Glutathione (GSH). Ceruloplasmin (Cp) and some trace
elements ,including Copper (Cu) ,Cu/ Cp ratio and Selenium (Se) were determined . The
results revealed a significant reduction in all parameters of patients sera compared to
healthy group .

This method improves the performance of security system based on signature, logo and stamp images as well as it is extracted images from the original document image and keeping the content information of cropped images. An Auto Crop method reduces the time cost associated with document contents recognition. This method consists of preprocessing, feature extraction and classification. Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of peripheral artery disease (PAD). This study aimed to investigate the effect of clopidogrel on oxidative stress in PAD patients. Seventy subjects were divided into three groups: PAD patients before treatment (B-PAD), PAD patients after treatment with clopidogrel (A-PAD), and healthy controls. Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), and oxidized protein were measured. SOD activities were also determined.  The present study aimed to estimate percentage of red and white muscles fibers in two species of bony fishes belong to two different families which represented by Tenualosa ilisha (Hamilton , 1822) that belongs to the family Clupeidae and Cyprinus carpio (Linnaeus , 1758) that belongs to the family Cyprinidae .
