Abstract: The aim of this study is to monitor the variation of physical property and chemical composition of vaginal fluid in the cow. The constituents of estrous vaginal fluid sample, its consistency color and electrolyte composition to be diagnose during estrous. The sample in this research was 22 dairy cows. The research methodology involves the procedure, which is used in making decisions and clarifying the course of action, and the underlying assumptions through taking samples and examining the fluid and assessed nature for each samples. A 5 ml Samples of vaginal fluids preparation for the determination of some elements after taking samples, description of its conditions, extraction and examination the fluid was described using direct strips test. The data analysis consists of the vaginal swab samples and the chemical strips test. The results indicate color and there were variation of the fluid's flow. Color of a vaginal fluid with fluid consistency were transparence to white in color based on the comparison fluid thickness part of white and thickness observed were significantly different the indicator to female nurturing PH were significantly the estrus phase in dairy cow. The result explain leukocyte average value = 18.40909. the presence of protein in sample average value = 37.727 mg /ml , While PH fluid values generally range from 5 to 9, the average values =6.932 . Evaluated specific gravity in the sample =017 .1 . The RBC explain average value between (0-200) cell/uL. Findings of this study, it can be concluded that various physico-chemical properties of vaginal fluid could be changed during estrus phase in cows. This study has been performed for knowing the nutritional and chemical content of one kind chamomile tea for infant and children available in the pharmacy. The results have been showed that the percentage of essential compounds which represented with moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, ash and calories as 7.09%,0.01%,0.01%,92,81%, 0.08% and 371,37 Kal./100g, respectively of dry weight. Also the results have been showed that the percentage of chamomile plant extract that added to the tea as 5.74%. And the result of chemical test for effective materials in alcoholic extract showed consist Tannis, Glycosides, Flavonoids, Alkialoids,and Resins.

Abstract
In this research, the morphology and mechanical properties of (Epoxy/PVC) blend were investigated. (EP/PVC) blend was prepared by manual mixing of epoxy resin with different weight ratios of (Poly vinyl chloride (PVC) after dissolving it in cyclohexanon). Five sheets of polymer blends in wt% included (0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) of PVC were prepared at room temperature. Tests were carried out to study some mechanical properties for these blends and compared with the properties of pure epoxy. The morphology of the prepared materials was examined to study the compatibility nature between the two polymers under work. It was found that the best ratio of addition is (20%) of PVC.
