I am Dr. Zaid Al-Jumaili, a lecturer at the College of Engineering – Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Baghdad. I obtained a PhD specializing in Concrete Technology, specifically in lightweight (foamed) concrete, studying all the mechanical, physical, and durability properties of this type of concrete. Currently, I teach the second stage of the Concrete Technology course, as well as laboratory tests related to it. I am interested in research related to lightweight concrete, nanomaterials, and industrial waste and how to incorporate them into concrete.
