Sanaa S.A. Al-Samahi was born in Iraq. She received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Basrah, Iraq, in 1991, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Baghdad in 2012, the M. E. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri in 2019. Since 2003, she has been with the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering, Baghdad University, where she is currently a Senior Lecturer in the automated manufacturing engineering department. Since 2019, she has been with Missouri University as a research scholar, where she is now a senior researcher with the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Her current research interests include source localization, outlier detection, wireless sensor networks, and sensor array processing.
